The invaders are forcing the inhabitants of the Kharkiv region to leave for the Russian Federation and are trying to mobilize in the occupied territories.

“The head of the OVA said that the invaders are forcing the residents of the Kharkiv region to travel to the territory of the Russian Federation, taking away their communications equipment and documents. Thus, the enemy prevents people from traveling further to safe areas. According to him, in Izyum, the enemy tried to mobilize the local population, forcing them to join the ranks of the armed forces of the Russian Federation,” the report says.
The head of the region stressed that the authorities are aware of the situation in each settlement, which is temporarily captured. “And as soon as there is an opportunity to help, we do it,” Sinegubov said.
