According to the police, the woman neglected her son’s regular and regular school attendance. “She did not supervise his preparation for classes and did not respect the conditions for excused classes, thereby not leading her son to a proper education,” said Šiška.
The same is the case with a thirty-nine-year-old mother and a forty-five-year-old father from Uherskohradiště, who are also suspected of endangering the upbringing of a child, namely their underage daughter. “During the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 school years, the girl missed a total of 262 school hours,” said Šiška. Her parents also now face up to five years behind bars.
