According to information, Práva has already initiated criminal proceedings in this matter due to the suspicion that unspecified people may have committed a breach of duty in the management of someone else’s property.
“I can confirm that the matter is being investigated for suspicion of criminal acts that should have been committed in connection with the wasteful handling of managed property, to the detriment of the Czech Republic, represented by the contributory organizations Lány Forestry Administration and Prague Castle Administration,” she said a week without further details, the plaintiff Denisa Sotáková from the High Prosecutor’s Office in Prague, who oversees the case.

Between 2019 and 2021, free hunts for 3,664,820 crowns were allegedly held in last year’s administration.
Another case, according to Denik N, concerns the sale of Christmas trees by the Lány Forestry Administration and then also several things directly related to Mynář.
Seznam Zpráva mentioned two such cases – the case of a castle tent used by the chancellor for private purposes on his ski slope and the importation of tree seedlings by a castle truck to Osvětiman in the Zlín region, where Mynář had a log cabin with a restaurant and the aforementioned ski slope.
