Given that the company was officially based at Wenceslas Square in the center of Prague until recently, the public prosecutor’s office in Prague 1 received reports from unsatisfied clients.
“We have received three criminal reports so far, which have already been forwarded to the police. With regard to the content of these submissions, they are now being dealt with by the Prague 1 Police District Directorate. However, criminal proceedings have not yet been initiated,” Jan Lelek, head of prosecutors from Prague 1, told Práv on Tuesday.
He added that the police are now investigating how many other reports across the entire republic have already been filed and where. It can therefore be assumed that the police and prosecutors were contacted by clients of the photovoltaic company in places other than just the metropolis.

One of these three notices was also received at the Municipal Prosecutor’s Office in Prague, as Prava’s spokesman Aleš Cimbala confirmed on Tuesday.
“In the matter in question, we are currently registering a criminal complaint against a natural person that was delivered to us. After an initial evaluation of the content of the submission, it was forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office for Prague 1 due to local and substantive jurisdiction,” said Cimbala.
According to Prava’s information, the notification should relate to the crime of fraud. It can be seen in the fact that someone has enriched himself financially by misleading and causing harm to another by failing to do what he promised to do in return for monetary payment.
According to the editorial office, Energetický Holding Malina collected advances from thousands of households for the delivery of photovoltaic power plants, often in the amount of 30 to 60 percent of the contract price, but many clients have not yet seen their installation. The value of receivables can be in the hundreds of millions of crowns. Although the company assures that it will fulfill its obligations, some clients have been waiting for the delivery of solar panels for a whole year. In addition, they complain on social networks that company representatives do not communicate with them, with some even for several months.
This is because the company is struggling with securing a large number of orders, having received around five thousand orders for solar power plants for houses this year. But it is said to be beyond her capacity.
