The accident happened shortly after 3:00 p.m. “The driver of the Fabia apparently overlooked a white BMW on the main road while leaving the side road, drove into his lane and a collision occurred. He died on the spot, three other people from the wrecked vehicles were taken to the hospital with injuries,” police spokesman David Chaloupka described the accident.
The circumstances of the accident are the subject of further investigation, but the results so far show that the dead driver was the culprit.
However, during the investigation of the accident, the police found out that the driver of the BMW was driving, even though she was not supposed to be driving. After the accident, she breathed in almost half a million of alcohol, and that’s how she got into big trouble. The road was closed while the accident was investigated.
